Who we are
Uniac is a consortium – an unincorporated association – owned jointly by each of its constituent member universities who have signed up to our memorandum.
We were formed in 1992 after our members identified a need for excellent internal audit provision with in-depth, specialist sector knowledge.
Member universities and the Uniac management team each have a representative on the Uniac Board, which chiefly has both a strategic role and a quality assurance remit.
