Strategic Direction
Through the Uniac Board (with representation from each of our members), institutions can influence our strategic direction. Members are involved in the development of our key strategies covering areas such as HR, methodology, new business and finances. This means that members, working with us, can play a role in our development in a way that meets their needs.
