Staff induction
Welcome to Uniac! Your first few days with us set the tone for things to come. That's why we try to make sure that during your two week induction you get a complete picture of how Uniac works:
You will have a good understanding of:
- our Members – who’s who and how does the Consortium fit together
- your role and how you will contribute to Uniac
- the Uniac methodology and how to apply it
- the internal mechanisms of Uniac – in particular the support available from our friendly admin and IT team
- where to look for help or support during those first few weeks when you are finding your feet
You will be teamed up with:
- a nominated Director
- a colleague
Both will help guide you through the induction process, you will have regular catch up meetings to discuss your progress and set objectives. These sessions can also be used for you to flag any issues or to get more information on a particular subject. Our Office Manager is also a useful point of call if in doubt!
