Facilitation
Our independence, credibility and down to earth approach mean we are ideal facilitators. Our members regularly ask us to lead or contribute to workshops, process reviews and other similar events.
Recent examples include:
- Leading a review of Board effectiveness, involving workshops for lay members
- Organising and delivering a series of workshops to review and revise pre-enrolment arrangements for students. This review encompassed many different local processes and ultimately led to the centralisation and streamlining of the approach
- Supporting a review of staff recruitment processes. This included leading small group discussions, producing process flowcharts and suggesting improvements
