The right training and development make a real difference to any organisation.
There are numerous ways in which Uniac can assist:
- Briefings for Council, Board or Committee members. Examples include risk management awareness, roles and responsibilities of lay members and general Higher Education sector updates. Lay members also benefit from attending the annual Uniac Forum
- Contributing to staff induction or leadership development programmes
- Providing developmental secondment opportunities for university staff
- Mentoring and supporting in-house audit teams
